I just wanted to leave you a comment about neufchatel cheese – it’s like cream cheese but with less fat, calories, etc. Tastes the same in my opinion and does wonders in mashed potatoes! Thanks for visiting.

1. I make my mashed potatoes the same way except I add garlic.
2. I use a plastic scratching thingy.
3. Chili as well but not TEXAS sounds too hot for me.
4. Neither.

I’m not sure what a meme is but I enjoyed answering the questions. LOL
