Heads Or Tails

Today at Heads or Tails, we were given the chance to go back and choose one of our favorite topics, “any past theme,” for today’s meme. This gave me the chance to choose the topic “flower.” I must have missed that week!

This is not an actual picture of my flowers but are very close. I am still in my bathrobe and don’t think the neighbors would appreciate seeing my bed hair so I am not venturing outside to get a picture of my tulips. I might later…

I love tulips. My love of this beautiful sign of spring might have something to do with my Dutch heritage. My mom is full blooded dutch and we have always loved tulips. In Washington, where we call home, we have often attended the tulip festival. If you ever have the chance to go, you really should. The fields of tulips are amazing.

I better quit rambling and get ready for work so here is a picture that is similar to the peach tulips in my front yard.

    Oh… I think you SHOULD have gone outside and taken a pix of your own tulips. LOL I’m sure you’d be the center of conversation at the next neighborhood party.

    Hehee.. I’m with Grace. You should have gone out and if anyone gawked you could have flashed them some leg. It would be more fun if they were hairy.

    I love tulips too. They are the harbinger of Spring in my mind.
