I’m so glad you left your link on my comments. I love the quilt. I have many, I’ve made a couple, but I buy them, too.

It’s so pretty and looks complicated — but sweet and simple too. What talent!

Your quilt is lovely in your WW today … and reminds me of quilts my mom and sister used to make. I’ve never had the patience for such things.

Thanks for your visit to my WW/OSI post at Sacred Ruminations. I’ve left a response there and hope you checked the little box to receive it in email. I’ve got a 2nd WW/OSI post on my other blog that hopefully will show up in your CommentLuv feature here ;–)

    Hugs and blessings,

  11. I want to curl up in that quilt with a good book. It looks very comfy.

  12. This is so pretty. I had the surprise of my week this week. We help take care of my husbands aunt and uncle, and I was helping her clean her barn and came across one of the prettiest quitlt tops I had ever seen in a box. Any suggestions on how to store it until I can find someone to quilt it?

  13. Karen says:

Just don’t store it in plastic. Quilts are best stored in cloth pillowcases. Take it out every few months and fold it in a different way so that it doesn’t get permanent creases that wear down the threads. I hope you post a picture. I would love to see it.

Thanks Val. I have actually sewn it together now. Those blocks are just laying side by side. I think I might actually get it finished soon.

That’s great. The question I have: do you choose the fabric at random, or is there a selection that you prefer?
