I read through that letter and noticed that it is a very nice and professional letter. That is how businesses should be run, with people like that. And although it is a trivial amount, they are doing the right thing. Kudos to Hobby Lobby.

I actually am so grateful that companies consider themselves responsible when they sell an item that is unsafe or defective. Compare it to the inhumane treatment during, for example, the industrial revolution, and we have come a long way!
