Live In the South?
We looked around at the beautiful homes while visiting North Carolina a few weeks ago. The owner of the bed and breakfast where we stayed, told us how they moved from New York and loved it so much in North Carolina. He said that the property taxes were very reasonable. We found out that ours in Indiana are three times the amount they pay there. Charlotte Real Estate should be moving fast with all the beautiful homes there. I would love to have an old house with a wrap around porch. I don’t think I want to run a bed and breakfast establishment. That looked like a lot of work to me!
